We do not compensate members for testimonials. We do not verify every claim independently. If you want to verify a specific claim, we encourage you to ask the member directly in our community.

Every trade you place is your own decision. You are the sole decision-maker for every buy, sell, entry, exit, position size, stop loss, and risk allocation on your accounts. We do not have access to your trading accounts, we do not place trades on your behalf, and we do not manage your capital in any capacity.

When Enzo or any member calls out a setup in the live sessions or the Discord, that call is a description of Enzo's or that member's own trading activity for educational purposes. It is not a recommendation that you take the same trade. You must independently evaluate every setup before deciding whether to act on it with your own capital.

By using our products you accept full responsibility for any and all trading losses, missed opportunities, tax consequences, prop firm failures, drawdown breaches, account closures, or other adverse outcomes resulting from your trading decisions.

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, drawdown rules, payout schedules, account terminations, platform outages, order fills, slippage, or any other conduct of any third-party firm or platform you choose to trade with. Your relationship with any such firm or platform is governed solely by your agreement with them.

Live trading sessions are broadcast in real time from Enzo's personal trading environment. They are provided as educational demonstrations of Enzo's own strategy and decision-making. Trades called out during live sessions may be entered, exited, or modified at any time based on market conditions and Enzo's personal judgment.

You should not attempt to mirror or copy trades in real time without first understanding the setup, the risk, and the market context. Real-time trading involves latency, slippage, and execution differences that can meaningfully change your outcome even if you attempt to replicate a called setup precisely.

The EnzoTrades Custom Indicator is a technical analysis tool that plots proprietary price levels on your chart. The indicator does not guarantee profitable trades, does not predict future price movement, and does not constitute a trading system on its own. It is a visualization tool intended to be used alongside your own analysis and judgment.

The levels plotted by the indicator are calculated based on Enzo's proprietary methodology. We reserve the right to change the methodology at any time without notice. Historical accuracy of the levels is not a guarantee of future accuracy.
